The config the client loads is selective. We probably dont want to do that.

Commit 4e7daf2 makes the client options not be selective, whilst still allowing minimal options. Adds support for admin password, prefix and udpport to be sent in the ISI packet.
Untested as I'm on the Mac at the moment.
