LFS relay support is needed.

Started adding LFSW relay support.
relay.js added. Packets added to it. Need to slightly alter insim.client so that we can extend and basically just use it, but still support insim packets with minimal effort.

Relay support is complete and tested in db3a93c.

Can be setup as follows under the connections (this example uses the state and livemap plugins, and connects to cargame.nl S2) -
