plugin/livemap2.js should be ported to client side MVC

livemap2.js is already a pain in the bum to maintain. angular.js would be my preferred client side MVC.

I'll take a look into this weekend.
Perhaps I can fix the other livemap issues too, after some learning by doing js.

This isn't a particularly high priority tbh, but if you wanna take it on, that would be great :) Everything helps
