Entrypoint Problems.

There is a problem with entrypoint.sh creating the correct config file for MariaDB in the /files directory. This will be worked on later. All configs will eventually be moved to the files/config directory in order to keep persistent data organized.

Files have been moved to files/config as of the latest build. Please test functionality.
