Rename TABTestKit to something more generic

Currently this repo and framework are both named TABTestKit. Given that The App Business has been rebranded under the Kin + Carta brand, we should probably move away from having 'TAB' in the name.
This would obviously be a breaking change for anyone using TTK currently, but hopefully it's just a case of updating to the new named version and doing a find and replace on import TABTestKit. We would also need to consider how is best to renaming for each dependency manager (e.g. Cocoapods, SPM, and Carthage).
Does anyone have any suggestions for potential names? Or any thoughts in the best way we could approach the whole renaming process?
Just a suggestion but we could leave this issue open for suggestions and use upvoting to influence the decision of the new name.
The current frontrunner Kane, Sam and I came to a consensus on was "Ottoman" - because this testing library is so easy to use and then you can put your feet up 😄
