ArtNet interface not detecting input from other device on network

I'm using Theatrical 1.16.5 (Forge, but can't put this issue on forge repo, as it's been archived), and I'm trying to get control of my lights using another pc running QLC+ or ideally the FLXs console that I have. When using QLC on same pc as Minecraft with Artnet interface is set to 127.0.0.1, but when trying to use on different pc, or FLXs, it won't detect Minecraft. I'm not sure if it's a problem with how I'm setting it up, but let's say my Minecraft pcs IP is 192.168.1.1, and the pc I want to control it with is 192.168.1.2, what do I need to set my artnet interface to? If someone could help me ASAP, that would be very much appreciated.
Just thought I should let you know you know that I'm running on a 1.16.5 aternos server. If that's the problem, I can self host.
