Add ability to side/overrig lights

Intels and generics should be allowed to be placed on the sides of truss. Rotation is gonna be a mega pain, though...

Additionally for generics we should have a floor stand block we can place the generic on, and not have it render the bracket. Ideally we'd have them both in the same block, but RIP multiparts...
