BotW 60 FPS mod messes up cutscenes

Yea so like the title says, it messes up the cutscenes. Overlapping voiceovers and pacing in the cutscenes is just all over the place.
Is it possible to disable the mod while watching cutscenes/movies? or mabye hardcap the cutscenes at 30 while the mod is on to fix the problem?

still need a solution for that, but have not focused on it. Should be also possible to change the speed of the playback in the player.
