I am looking for a 32:9 mod, like you did with @victoria4dx for the 2.0.0 version of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
I tried to understand your implementation and do the change myself, but after reading victoria4dx/switch-mods#8 I am not sure where to begin.
Perhaps you can share some information on how to create a 32:9 mod for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 3.0.1?

I made it with a HUD fix using my tool here: https://github.com/fayaz12g/aar-launcher/releases/tag/2.0.0
Currently the menus are still stretched, I'm working on those, but this should work for everything else!
Is there a version for 16:10? I know it's not much stretch but its enough to bother
