%chess should integrate with %hark to have notifications get sent on moves, challenges, game results, etc.
The notification should link to the relevant game, which will require us to parse the URL for the game ID and update the state accordingly.

One helpful notification would be an "I'm waiting for you" notification, to let a user know that his opponent is ready to begin a timed match.
