[DOCS]Update Twitter Logo in README

Description
The Twitter logo in the README file needs to be updated to the latest branding. Currently, the README displays the old Twitter logo, and it should be replaced with the new "x" logo to reflect the most recent changes.

It will require you to create/use badge from img.shields.io as the current one.

or add twitter : https://img.shields.io/badge/twitter-100000?style=for-the-badge&logo=x&logoColor=white
or add x.com :https://img.shields.io/badge/x.com-100000?style=for-the-badge&logo=x&logoColor=white
i personally prefer the first option . what do you think @ArkadiK94
@nassim-ayadi second opinion, it should be corresponding to other icons and place it after LinkedIn so it will not be black aftar black.
