[BUG] Players don't take dmg on a parkour course

Describe the bug
They don't take dmg from any source on a course.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Join a course, and go into lava, or something that makes you usually take damage

Expected behavior
Players should take damage when being on a course.
With an exception to fall damage on dropper courses, which can be turned off individually.
