Need to finish XML export capability

GUI interaction is done for XML export, but code to perform that function isn't there yet. Also need to develop code to look for XML and run silently if it is there.

Export finished in c5d6d311c5e573bf1d3166300259c61e64b97900, need to get import coded.

Import finished in 242e902ef702b7cf654dcb698e4820b6155778ec and the issue is officially resolved; however, I would like to remove save file dialog and just have it export to clean up user experience.
