Hi!
I am wondering if I can use DASCRUBBER on my set of ONT PCR-cDNA reads (using DASCRUBBER-wrapper to change to PacBio header)? Will it remove rare splice variants?

No, I wouldn't try it. Scrubbing assumes a certain level of coverage which means exactly
that your rarae splice variants will not be well corrected.
