Add an entry to the rust embedded showcase

As the first and biggest showcase, I think monotron must be submitted to the embedded showcase. https://github.com/rust-embedded/showcase

The problem is it's all a massive race hazard and full of undefined behaviour. But feel free to submit a PR to the showcase and see what my fellow WG members think.
