AS a user of the system
I may want to receive e-mails from the system
SO that I can act accordingly (i.e make sure a bill is paid, reset my password)

Acceptance Criteria

  • E-mails can be sent on a schedule (i.e reminders)
  • E-mails can be sent on a queue (i.e password resets, critical incidents)
