Fix VF name

Once #16 is merged there is going to be an issue with the font name in the variable fonts. As the goal for that merger is complete parity with the TypeNetwork / Google Fonts release so that this repository can be the de facto upstream for the Raleway project again I am not planning to fix it as part of the work building that source. Once we have a parity release we can look at fixing things and do more releases.
The font name in the variable fonts are both "Raleway Thin". Not so appropriate when your weight setting is 900. This should be "Raleway", "Raleway Variable", or "Raleway VF"
