Image Placeholder Should Display Only Image Without Text

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the image placeholder functionality displays both an image and accompanying text by default. This presents a problem when developers want to use an image without any accompanying text, as the placeholder still includes text, affecting the visual consistency and clarity of the design.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the ability for developers to choose whether they want to display text alongside the image placeholder or not. This flexibility would allow for cleaner and more versatile designs, catering to various layout requirements and preferences.

Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative solution could involve creating an additional component specifically for image placeholders without text, offering developers the choice between using the standard image placeholder component with text or opting for the new component without text. Alternatively, implementing an option within the existing image placeholder component to toggle text inclusion would provide users with greater flexibility in managing text visibility based on their design requirements.

Additional context
It's worth noting that the video placeholder already appears without any accompanying text.
In some instances, there might not be any accompanying text beneath the image, so visually, there shouldn't be any text on the image placeholder either.
