We would like to help to tranlate it to hungarian.

You start by focussing on the translations for the stable release:
You can propose translations directly through this link on this website, and you can also download a .po file using the links at the bottom of the page for the Stable (latest release)
at the link called Export.
You can then edit translations in the poedit application on Windows, Mac and Linux: https://poedit.net/ and then import the update .po file using the button left of Export.
To do this, register with your name and email at: https://login.wordpress.org/register?locale=hu_HU
After having done or uploaded maybe 50 new translations, contact you should likely contact

DeepL (See https://www.deepl.com/en/translator/) and ChatGPT (I guess) support Hungarian, and at least for German DeepL often creates great translations, and you can enable them on https://translate.wordpress.org, so you'll see these automatic translations as proposals below the translation editor and with one click, you can copy it into the editor, check the translation and submit it then.
The signup for the API key that you need is free. In the case of DeepL (which is great for German at least), you may need a credit card number, but that's only for verification, and you do not get billed on the free plan. ChatGPT is free also, you just need to signup using an email and phone number (they are not spamming you with stuff).
It takes a few minutes to set it all up, but the speed you have by using them as a starting point for your translations pays off 1000-fold when you make many hundreds of translations (as you have to do:

and the chance that fixes to either them or the ~700 already translated strings is usually high, I'd say.

I'd say start off by:
- sign up on the translation website,
- make a few translations manually get acquainted with the site
- follow the DeepL or ChatGPT setup article I link above
- mass-translate about ~100 strings with good quality using DeepL or ChatGPT translation as helper.
- contact https://profiles.wordpress.org/benstone326 and ask him if he would add you as a Plugin Translation Editor (PTE) to Tutor LMS (make a PTE request)
- After your PTE request is approved, you can approve translations and any new translations you make are automatically approved by yourself.
- After you've reached the level of 90% translated, the Tutor LMS plugin automatically gets your translations (the first time, you may have to switch the language to English and back to Hungarian, or else it will happen when you update the plugin to a new version)
- DeepL (or ChatGPT) make it easy to sail along with updates of the translations as they occur. You just log in to the website and click through the new translation strings of new Tutor LMS versions
