Everyone can delete other posts.

Hi

currently the workflow to delete a user, we need to delete a post.
I've submitted an issue before, that we shouldn't just allowed to delete anyone.

But i realize, the first one
should be we can't just delete anyone's post.

Is it intentional behavior?
or can i work on this?
(prevent author to delete other's post)

The use case:
when we have many people on our team.
and we want to prevent author accidentally or intentionally delete other's post.
