Consider preventing navigation when album contains a single item

At the moment when an album contains a single item, you can navigate to the next, but there is no next image in the album. So it keeps loading and loading and nothing happens. So please consider adding support for individual images (as seen at http://lokeshdhakar.com/projects/lightbox2/#examples).
