No confirmation email is received after changing an account's email address

Hi All,
I've just updated my profile and changed my email address, but I am not receiving the confirmation email that is required to confirm the new address. I've checked my spam folder and it is not there. Please help! Thanks.

Tried to duplicate this by signing in and got a server error - so there may be an underlying explanation for this. More to follow

I got the email now, perhaps you've done something your side? The sender is also just "certificate", rather than something more self explanatory like "ODI Open Data Certificates" etc.
