Solution:
Can you differentiate this more from dead EXT removal in the edit summary.
e.g. a mention of one of "ANI" discussion or "blacklisted" or something so its more transparent without a few clicks
Problem:
so if someone has already tagged a dead ref like I did here http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=H%C3%A9ctor_Puebla&diff=552951211&oldid=552950341 it appeared to me that a bot had come and removed the dead ref (so I assumed it was mistaking and EXT for a ref). http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=H%C3%A9ctor_Puebla&diff=555137733&oldid=552951211
