When freezing a course the report is not available

After freezing a course the link to the report is not available. Could you enable the plugin for frozen courses as well? As far as I understand the plugin should not alter the course and therefore should work in frozen courses.
The report is more useful when I can be sure that the course will not be altered after exporting so we freeze the courses before exporting any backups.

TBH... I've not looked at frozen courses at all. I'll take a look and see what the problem is.
