default intellisense still showing

I seem to be seeing both the regular VS intellisense and the one from this plugin. Is there a way to turn off the default one?

The extension is supposed to combine the two menus together, but it doesn't look like it works in this case. I couldn't reproduce it but I did put a potential fix, so hopefully it works. If not, please let me know!
