get_browser_cookies() function on Safari

Hi, i'm currently use Safari as a browser. So i found that get_browser_cookies() function still does not support for Safari. Could you update for this ?

I am not responsible for the inter-workings of get_browser_cookies, everything using browser_cookie3. You may want to try and ask for this feature there.
