Don't generate competition ID from file name

Instead force the user to fill it out by himself. Now it often happens that the competition ID generated from the workbook file name is wrong and the user is not bothered to check it.
We could add a drop down list that shows the competition ID's from the database export. That way it's sure to be a valid competition ID.
