Doesn't saves/show the username password

it doesnot shows the ip when the link is clicked.. Also when entered the credentials it doesnot saves or show in the terminal..
I tried changing the headers in login.php to check it the website redirects to the url entered.. it does but the credentials are not saving .. need some help
