Too many saves make it so that you can't click on the snapshot/delete buttons

Describe the bug

If you have too many saves, then you can't click on the snapshot buttons (it selects the invisible save below the pane instead).

Steps to Reproduce

make too many saves.

try to click on the delete button button

Expected Behavior

the delete dialog should popup, but instead, nothing happens.

Additional Information

I'm pretty sure this is due to the zones added to support gamepads. They are preempting the button zones.
