Hey! styx looks like simple and effective service, but looks like development has stopped.
Could you please tell project status?

Hey Oleg ! Unfortunately Styx did not find its market in time, so development has stopped, and the company it was developed under has been closed.

May I ask what you wanted to use it for ?

Thanks for the answer. I was looking for lightweight and low-maintenance kafka alternative (message log) with simple protocol. In the end, I found only nats/memphis.dev jetstream and styx.

I would recommend the alternatives for any production load. Styx was built to be a much simpler alternative to Kafka with similar functionality and better performance. It can probably still be used if you need a zero setup, fast development and very fast stream persistence engine outside of production.
