Add "Connect Wallet" option, and show music NFTs

This feature request is for functionality to allow a user to:
a) "Connect Wallet", e.g. via WalletConnect for the interoperability win
b) retrieve a user's music NFT collection from their wallet, and download from IPFS for playback in browser.
This is related to: thibseisel/android-odeon#23
