Bucket clone feature sometimes failes with an infinitely importing state

Describe the bug
When using the bucket clone feature, the new bucket sometimes stays in an infinitely importing state, while the original bucket status goes back to normal from exporting.
While a bucket has an importing status no action can be done with it, specially removing it.

To Reproduce
Try cloning buckets with data

Expected behavior
The importing status should go back to normal or an error should be reported.
