Improve JDK detection in installer(s)

(At least) Linux installer checks installed java. I've installed the default java on RHEL (currently 11). Installer allow install trgd and than complains in this way:

We should probably update detection in installers (probably all) to check supported version of java (currently 17+) to prevent users confusion.

I can confirm that launching TR from the Desktop Icon on Windows 10 fails for me with the pop-up stating: "Cannot run on older versions of Java than Java 17. Please install Java 17 or newer or use --jdkhome switch to point to its installation directory."

The desktop shortcut points to the installation directory bin/trgtd.exe (which obviously fails with the same message if launched directly).

However: If I launch bin/trgtd64.exe (or change the path in the link to that executable), everything works perfectly.

bin/trgtd64 is failing with the same error as bin/trgtd - "Cannot find java 1.8 or higher.

I had (and removed) this line in config:
jdkhome="C:\Program Files\RedHat\java-17-openjdk-17.0.11.0.9-1"
so hopefully something isn't cached.

With this line it works properly.
