High-quality graphic files for creating new versions of splash-screen and icons

@clairelema @jeremy-moore We have the white ThinkingRock icon in the resolutions 16x16, 32x32, 48x48.

Would you be able to provide them also in larger scale, especially 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024? Or alternatively an SVG version for us to create scaled pngs from?

Same for the splash-screen: We have it as a gif, but in order to maintain the version number, it'd be nice to have access to the original, which can be modified and from which we can create new gifs in better quality.
