docs: pick Docusaurus preset

We're looking to pick a Docusaurus preset with the following features in mind:
- #25
- Maybe display contributors of the individual pages
- Customizable logo
- Customizable colors
- Support for syntax highlighting themes
- Support Copy code block

Docusaurus has built-in options to add latest contributor and date of latest change to docs:

- https://docusaurus.io/docs/next/api/plugins/@docusaurus/plugin-content-docs#showLastUpdateTime
Blog posts can have multiple authors.
Maybe we should lose the Contributors section from the individual pages but add All Contributors to the repo. Maybe we can figure out how to list those contributors on a dedicated page on the website.
