[Desktop][Bug] Year Progressions - End date doesn't update if App remains open

If the Elevate app remains open overnight (or for several days), the Year Progressions screen does not recognise the date change - the app needs to be closed and re-opened.
It would be better if the date updated and the Year Progressions recalculated whe a sync is performed and/or a tab/page is changed (or similar).
