Where in the code do you limit file size to 2m?. I can't find it and want to allow up to 100mb

The max upload size is limited by PHP. You can adjust it either in the .htaccess file of vcfconvert or in the php.ini file on your server. See http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.php#ini.upload-max-filesize
