Hello Thomas, I also took the class for the DEX with Moralis, used to be Ivan on Tech... - I was inspired by your front-end project and did one as well. I borrowed the for loop from your code. I did mine with React. I am still working on it but it's almost done. Here is my repo in case you want o check it out.
It's not hosted yet, which I plan to. I am having some trouble where I have a button to get the trades so it loads them again so I end up with repeated trades. I did have them as events at one point and I might try that again. Well here is the link: https://github.com/brlojam4932/dex2-app.git
