Link of latest release in User Guide does not take me to the correct page

Upon clicking the link that is supposed to take me to the latest version of Fitz, I am instead directed to their organisation's home page. Unless you are familiar and know where exactly to click can you actually find the release page.
the link to be used should be https://github.com/AY2223S2-CS2113-T14-1/tp/releases.

Reason for disagreement: Since the link does not take me to the page that has any version of Fitz I can use, and instead it takes me to their organization's overview page, only users that are familiar with how to navigate Github might be able to find their way to the release page of their product.
As such several users would not be able to download the program at all if they just followed the link given in the quick start guide, and hence would cause inconvenience to some users, which is why I have placed it under severity.Medium
