Can't convert ontology

I am trying to convert this ontology (http://skos.um.es/TR/ric/), downloaded as RDF/XML and then converted to ttl using http://www.easyrdf.org/converter using the script 'convert.py', but when I run
cat ric.ttl | python convert.py "http://purl.org/ica/ric#" ric > ric.json, the result is []
What do I should do to add this new ontology to the editor?
