Huge overshoot, what am I doing wrong?

I have just begon using fermentrack. So I thought I test it for a night and set the fridge on 17c. It is a normal fridge without freezer and a 35Watt heating plate.

I got my answer on a Dutch brewery forum. Don't test your refrigerator without water in it. So I put in a fermentation vessel with 10 liters of water in it and boom, works like a charm.
