On port switch account messes up date range

if you go to Portfolio -> Options History
the first render it will display as expected (includes today)
but if you switch account from here, it will be missing today in the results
(aka for today, it will only show up until friday), if i f5, it will work fine
looks like maybe the ToDate parameter is not inclusive?
