[RFE] Support pdm

there are many python package managers...

I hope micropipenv supports pdm.

Thanks for opening this RFE. It looks like pdm's lock file is very similar to the one that Poetry uses. Briefly checking the lockfile and pdm implementation, having pdm supported might not be that hard to implement (just a first guess). Nevertheless, we do not have any project that would use pdm. If you or someone from the community implements support for it, we are happy to review or give guidance (at least I personally do not have time to implement it).

It's probably clear from the inactivity in this issue but we won't get to this soon. Micropipenv needs some maintenance and bugfixes first which is something we should focus on right now.
