12:xx PM?

I just updated to 1.09 in the early afternoon with the clock saying 12:xx PM. I 
have settings that change at 11PM (night) and 8AM.  Timeriffic shows the night 
settings active even though we obviously passed 8 AM more recently than 11 PM.  
Not sure if that state is due to the upgrade timing or it always does that - 
but now the clock has passed 1PM and timeriffic is still wrong (and stays wrong 
even with a power cycle).
