Update failed sticks around

I just hit a case where my update had failed because of connectivity. Then after the next update the label continued to say failed. Not worth spending a lot of time on if we can't reproduce.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app fresh and let it refresh
2. Turn on airplane mode in control center
3. Go back to the app, pull to refresh
4. Notice "Update Failed" and the screen is not cleared
5. Turn off airplane mode, pull to refresh
6. Notice the app updates, but "Update Failed" never gets replaced

To get rid of "Update Failed" you have to quit the app through the multitasking view.

Alternate path:

1. Quit the app through multitasking
2. Turn on airplane mode
3. Open the app
4. Notice the cleared screen with update failed
5. Turn off airplane mode, pull to refresh
6. The app updates but "Update Failed" sticks around.
