Scrolling to forecast view refreshes

Scrolling down to the forecast view refreshes the weather and scrolls up.

Ah, so you aren't supposed to have to hold it up while peepin' the forecast?
This bug made me think it might actually be nice to auto-dismiss the forecast after 10sec or so. Just not immediately like now.
