Pre-sprint define differences (if any) for the support materials

Right now we have both:
- https://github.com/thoughtbot/design-sprint/blob/master/0-Pre-Sprint/Materials/Pre-Sprint_Client_Worksheet.md
- https://github.com/thoughtbot/design-sprint/blob/master/0-Pre-Sprint/Materials/Pre-Sprint_Request_for_Materials.md
And they seem to have some similarities and some differences. We should either combine the two, choose one, or make them more disparate things.
