Bourbon Introduction video has funky "Start Discussion" link

I wanted to leave a comment on the "Bourbon Introduction" video in the Bourbon Smash trail and clicked on the "Start Discussion" link at the bottom of the page, after which I was sent to this page:
It appears to be correctly linked to the video so I don't know if this is just an issue with how the forum linking is generated or something else. Hope that helps!
@orenyk thanks for pointing this out. We've seen some issues with the forum integration since we moved from upcase.com, and this seems to be the issue here. I've updated the threads so we should be all set now. Thanks again!
I‘m seeing this issue today on the fresh Meet Neovim trail.
I verified at least one instance where the “Start discussion” link on another trail worked as expected, so this isn‘t affecting all trails.
