Address Info Shown by Default / Cannot be hidden

When visiting my account page the address info is shown by default. I am not sure that this was the intended functionality in this commit 8737c37.
Either way neither of the hide/show links appear to perform hiding or showing of the fields. The class does indeed change, but the display stays the same.
