Missing redirection from "/upcase/join"

Going to https://thoughtbot.com/upcase/join results in "The page you were looking for doesn't exist."

I think this might be confusing to people trying to access the platform, as it is the top link when searching for "Upcase".

A simple redirect to a welcome/login page would fix this issue
